Yes. Every batch undergoes third-party testing for purity, potency, and contaminants including heavy metals, pesticides, and microbiological agents.
Are your supplements vegan/vegetarian?
Most of our capsule products use vegetarian (HPMC) capsules. Our softgels use gelatin. Essential oils and tinctures are plant-based. Check individual product descriptions for details.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the US takes 3-7 business days. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Free shipping on orders over $50.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Products must be in original packaging.
Can I take multiple supplements together?
Many of our products complement each other well. However, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you take medications.
What does “standardized extract” mean?
Standardization ensures each batch contains a consistent, verified level of key active compounds. For example, our Ashwagandha is standardized to 5% withanolides, meaning every capsule delivers the same potency.
Do you ship internationally?

Are your essential oils safe for internal use?
Our essential oils are for aromatherapy and topical use only. Always dilute with a carrier oil before skin application. We do not recommend internal use without professional guidance.
How should I store my supplements?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep caps tightly closed. Probiotics should be refrigerated after opening. Essential oils should stay in their dark glass bottles away from heat.
